This is a simple but tasty biscuit recipe. You don’t taste the “Veganaise”, but it gives the biscuits a light and fluffy texture. For rolled and cut biscuits, use just enough nut milk to hold it together.
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1 cup nut milk
- 6 tablespoons “Veganaise”
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a large bowl, stir together flour, nut milk, and “Veganaise” until just blended. Drop by spoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheets.
Bake for 12 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown.
