SIMPLY RAW APPLE SAUCE
- 4 large Granny Smith apples (or other variety), peeled cored and diced
- 5 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice)
- 2 Medjool dates, pitted and cut in quarters
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder (Depending on your love of cinnamon)
Add all your ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
For storage place in a tightly sealed glass jar and refrigerate or use immediately for Bubbe’s Potato Latkes
