HOLIDAY GRAVY

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vegetable stock
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp tamari or low sodium sauce
  • ¼ tsp sage
  • ¼ tsp thyme
  • 1 vegan bouillon cube
  • Freshly cracked pepper to taste
  • Sea salt to taste
  • 1 medium sized pot
  • 1 metal whisk

Directions

Step 1

Add all ingredients into a medium-sized pot. 
Whisk until flour is fully dissolved.
Heat on medium heat. Bring to a simmer. (Do not boil)

Step 2

Simmer for about 3 minutes, while continuously whisking.
Serve immediately.
